Founded in 2024, LGr Technologies is a fast-moving defence technology startup based in Trondheim, Norway. We design and build intelligent systems that combine the strengths of humans and machines — prioritising robustness, usability, and mission-critical reliability.

We believe the most effective technology is also the simplest. Our systems are designed with human operators at the centre — not as an afterthought, but as the defining constraint. Machine learning amplifies human judgment; it doesn't replace it.
Our aim is to create better, more robust, simpler, and more resilient systems through intelligent, user-centred technology. This means making hard trade-offs: fewer features, higher reliability; less complexity, more field-readiness.
